Finding Tee Times

How to search for and discover available tee times across courses.

The fastest way to find a tee time:

  1. Open TeeTime app or website
  2. Enter your location or course name
  3. Select a date
  4. Choose number of players
  5. Tap Search

Search Filters​

Refine your results with these filters:

Time of Day​

FilterHours
Morning6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Afternoon12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
TwilightAfter 4:00 PM

Holes​

  • 18 holes - Full round
  • 9 holes - Front nine or back nine

Price Range​

Set minimum and maximum price per player to find tee times within your budget.

Course Rating​

Filter by course quality rating (1-5 stars based on player reviews).

Search across multiple courses at once:

  1. Tap Search
  2. Enable Multi-Club mode
  3. Set your location and radius (e.g., 25km)
  4. View results from all nearby courses

Results update in real-time as availability changes.

Search Results​

Each result shows:

  • Course name and location
  • Tee time and date
  • Price per player
  • Available slots (e.g., "2 of 4 available")
  • Weather forecast for that time
  • Course rating and reviews

Hold Time

When you start booking, the tee time is held for 5 minutes. Complete your booking before the hold expires.

Saved Searches​

Save your favorite search settings:

  1. Set up your filters
  2. Tap Save Search
  3. Name your search (e.g., "Weekend mornings near home")
  4. Access saved searches from the search screen

Favorite Courses​

Mark courses as favorites for quick access:

  1. View a course profile
  2. Tap the heart icon
  3. Find favorites in My Courses

Favorite courses appear at the top of search results.

Notifications​

Get notified when tee times become available:

Waitlist Alerts​

  1. Find a fully-booked time you want
  2. Tap Join Waitlist
  3. Get notified if a slot opens up

Price Drop Alerts​

  1. View a tee time
  2. Tap Alert me if price drops
  3. Get notified of discounts

Weather Integration​

Search results include weather forecasts:

  • Temperature - Expected high/low
  • Precipitation - Rain probability
  • Wind - Speed and direction

Weather-based pricing may apply:

  • Rainy forecast → Discounted rates
  • Perfect weather → Premium rates

Tips for Finding the Best Times​

Book Early​

  • Weekend prime times (7-10 AM) book up fast
  • Book 7-14 days ahead for best selection

Be Flexible​

  • Weekday afternoons often have great availability
  • Twilight rates offer significant savings

Check Dynamic Pricing​

  • Prices change based on demand
  • Last-minute deals may be available for less popular times
  • Compare prices across nearby courses
  • Find better availability at similar courses
