What is Reciprocity?​

Reciprocity allows members of one golf club to receive benefits (usually discounted green fees) when playing at partner clubs.

Types of Benefits​

Club-to-Club Agreements​

Direct agreements between clubs:

  • Discounted visitor rates
  • Priority booking
  • Access to facilities

Association Benefits​

Through golf associations:

  • SAGA (South African Golf Association)
  • GolfRSA
  • DotGolf
  • Regional associations

Partner Programs​

Through commercial partners:

  • Nedbank Golf
  • Discovery Vitality
  • Club loyalty programs

Benefit Recognition​

Automatic Recognition​

When you book, the system:

  1. Checks your linked memberships
  2. Identifies applicable benefits
  3. Applies best available rate
  4. Shows your savings

Manual Verification​

Some benefits require:

  • Membership number entry
  • Card verification at pro shop
  • Association lookup

Linking Your Memberships​

Add a Membership​

  1. Go to Profile > Memberships
  2. Click Add Membership
  3. Select membership type
  4. Enter membership number
  5. Verify details

Verification Process​

After adding:

  • System checks with provider
  • Status shows as "Verifying"
  • Once confirmed, benefits apply
  • Usually within 24 hours

  • Available benefits shown
  • Best rate automatically applied
  • Savings displayed
  • Benefit requirements noted
