Quick Start

Get started with DigiWedge Tee Time in minutes.

For Players

1. Create an Account

Sign up through your club's portal or the DigiWedge app:

  1. Visit your club's booking site
  2. Click "Sign Up" or "Register"
  3. Enter your details and verify your email
  4. Link your membership (if applicable)

2. Search for Tee Times

  1. Select your preferred course
  2. Choose a date
  3. Browse available tee times with pricing
  4. View weather forecast for your preferred time

3. Make a Booking

  1. Select your desired tee time
  2. Enter number of players (1-4)
  3. Invite buddies (optional)
  4. Review pricing and confirm
  5. Complete payment (if required)

4. Manage Your Booking

After booking, you can:

  • View booking details in "My Bookings"
  • Modify player count or time (subject to availability)
  • Cancel booking (within cancellation window)
  • Invite additional players

For Club Administrators

Access the Admin Portal

  1. Navigate to your club's admin URL (e.g., yourclub-admin.digiwedge.com)
  2. Sign in with your admin credentials
  3. You'll see the tee sheet dashboard

First-Time Setup

  1. Configure Course Details - Add your courses, holes, and configurations
  2. Set Up Pricing Rules - Define member rates, visitor rates, and time-based pricing
  3. Add Staff Accounts - Create accounts for pro shop staff and starters
  4. Test Booking Flow - Make a test booking to verify everything works
