Getting Started
Access the Admin Portal
- Navigate to your club's admin URL
- Sign in with your admin credentials
- You'll land on the dashboard
Dashboard
The dashboard provides:
- Today's tee sheet at a glance
- Recent bookings and activity
- Weather forecast
- Key metrics and alerts
Admin Roles
Available Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, user management |
| Admin | Full operational access |
| Pro Shop | Bookings, player management |
| Starter | Check-in, tee sheet view |
| Finance | Reports, payments, refunds |
Role Assignment
Owners can manage staff accounts:
- Go to Settings > Staff
- Click Add Staff Member
- Enter details and assign role
- Send invitation email
