Admin Portal Overview

Guide for club administrators to manage tee times, bookings, and club operations.

Getting Started

Access the Admin Portal

  1. Navigate to your club's admin URL
  2. Sign in with your admin credentials
  3. You'll land on the dashboard

Dashboard

The dashboard provides:

  • Today's tee sheet at a glance
  • Recent bookings and activity
  • Weather forecast
  • Key metrics and alerts

Admin Roles

Available Roles

Role Assignment

Owners can manage staff accounts:

  1. Go to Settings > Staff
  2. Click Add Staff Member
  3. Enter details and assign role
  4. Send invitation email

  • View and edit daily tee sheet
  • Block times for maintenance or events
