Tee Sheet Management

Complete guide to managing your club's tee sheet.

Access​

  • Tee Sheets page: /tee-sheets
  • Course scoped: /courses/:courseId/tee-sheets

Viewing the Tee Sheet​

Day View (Grid or List)​

Day view only (no week view in Admin v1).

  • Slots show booking status, player names, cart/items indicators, and rate tags.
  • Weather appears when available.
  • A quick stats summary appears above the grid.
  • On mobile, toggle between list and grid view.

Slot Details Drawer​

  • View slot occupancy and tee time details.
  • Weather projection for the tee time.
  • Staff notes and activity log for the tee time.
  • Create a hold for open slots.

Holds​

  • Use Create Hold to reserve an open slot.
  • Booking edits, cancellations, and full reschedules are handled in Booking Management (/bookings).

Moving Bookings (Optional)​

  • Drag to move is disabled by default.
  • Enable with VITE_ENABLE_DRAG_MOVE or the enableDragMove prop.
  • Reschedules call /bookings/:bookingId/reschedule.

Blocking Times​

Single or Recurring Blocks​

  1. Go to Tee Sheet > Blocks
  2. Create one-off or recurring blocks with date and time windows
  3. Preview conflicts before saving
  4. Use list or calendar view to review blocks

Rules and Settings​

Rules​

  • Rate rules (standard, special, exclusion) with previews
  • Member rules (booking window, associations, statuses, classifications)
  • Conflict detection between rules

Settings​

  • Interval, crossover break, offline reason, booking channels
  • Operating days, tee count, start/end times
  • Weather thresholds and player notification settings

Carts and Items​

  • Cart inventory CRUD and reservations view
  • Additional items catalog with stock indicators

Weather and Course Conditions​

  • Weather panel for the selected date
  • Course conditions summary for playability and alerts

Starter Operations​

  • Starter view (tablet friendly) for check-in and tee-off
  • Undo check-in and view pace status
  • QR code link for booking check-in verification

Waitlist​

  • Waitlist settings and analytics tabs
  • Queue view grouped by tee time (tenant required)

Planned (Not in Admin v1 yet)​

  • Week view and advanced tee sheet filters
  • Booking modification and cancellation actions in the tee sheet view (use Booking Management)
  • Manual slot-offer workflows for waitlist entries

Pace of Play​

Monitor course flow:

  1. View pace indicators
  2. Note slow groups
  3. Take action if needed:
    • Send ranger
    • Adjust later tee times

Stats and Exports​

Quick Stats​

  • Total slots
  • Booked, blocked, and available counts with percentages
  • Revenue and average rate for the day

Starter Sheet Export​

  • Print Starter Sheet and Export CSV buttons both download the starter sheet PDF from /courses/:courseId/starter-sheet?date=YYYY-MM-DD.
  • CSV export is planned.

Reducing No-Shows​

  • Send reminders when messaging workflows are enabled
  • Require prepayment where supported
  • Implement no-show policy
  • Track repeat offenders

Handling Disputes​

  • Document everything
  • Check booking history
  • Review payment records
  • Escalate to manager if needed
