How to view, modify, and cancel your bookings.

Viewing Your Bookings

My Bookings Page

Access your bookings:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings"
  3. View upcoming and past bookings

Booking Details

Each booking shows:

  • Course and tee time
  • Player list
  • Payment status
  • Booking reference
  • Check-in QR code

Modifying Bookings

What Can Be Modified

Depending on your club's policy, you may be able to:

  • Change tee time (subject to availability)
  • Update player count
  • Add or remove players
  • Change cart/caddy options

How to Modify

  1. Go to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking to modify
  3. Click "Modify Booking"
  4. Make your changes
  5. Review any price difference
  6. Confirm modifications

Modification Restrictions

Some changes may not be allowed:

  • Within 24 hours of tee time
  • During peak periods
  • For promotional bookings

Cancelling Bookings

Cancellation Policy

Each club sets their own policy. Common rules:

How to Cancel

  1. Go to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Booking"
  4. Review cancellation terms
  5. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

You'll receive:

  • Cancellation confirmation email
  • Refund notification (if applicable)
  • Credit notification (if applicable)

Rescheduling

How to Reschedule

Instead of cancelling and rebooking:

  1. Select "Modify Booking"
  2. Choose a new date/time
  3. Pay any price difference (or receive credit)
  4. Confirm the change

Benefits of Rescheduling

  • May avoid cancellation fees
  • Keeps your original booking reference
  • Easier tracking in history

Adding Players

Before Booking Deadline

  1. Go to your booking
  2. Click "Add Player"
  3. Enter player details
  4. Pay for additional player
  5. Player receives confirmation

Inviting Buddies

Send invitations to friends:

  1. Click "Invite Players"
  2. Enter email or select from buddies
  3. Invitee receives notification
  4. They confirm and pay their share

Removing Players

Self-Removal

Players can remove themselves:

  1. Click the link in booking confirmation
  2. Select "Remove Me from Booking"
  3. Confirm removal
  4. Refund processed per policy

Booking Owner Removal

As booking owner:

  1. Go to booking details
  2. Click the player to remove
  3. Confirm removal
  4. Refund or credit issued to that player

Booking History

Viewing Past Bookings

  • Access from "My Bookings" > "History"
  • Search by date, course, or reference
  • Download receipts and invoices

Rebooking from History

Quickly rebook a similar round:

  1. Find the past booking
  2. Click "Book Again"
  3. Adjust date/time as needed
  4. Complete new booking

Notifications

Booking Reminders

You'll receive reminders:

  • 24 hours before: Email + Push
  • 2 hours before: Push notification
  • At tee time: Check-in reminder

Customize Notifications

Adjust in Settings:

  • Email preferences
  • SMS preferences
  • Push notification settings

Check-In

Day of Play

  1. Arrive 15-30 minutes early
  2. Check in at pro shop
  3. Show your QR code or booking reference
  4. Collect any carts/rentals
  5. Head to the first tee

Self Check-In

Some clubs offer self check-in:

  1. Scan QR code at kiosk
  2. Confirm your arrival
  3. Collect any items
  4. Proceed to course

Troubleshooting

Can't Find Booking

  1. Check your email for confirmation
  2. Search by booking reference
  3. Contact the club's pro shop

Modification Not Allowed

The booking may be:

  • Too close to tee time
  • A promotional booking
  • Part of a tournament
