Pricing Structure

Base Rates

Each club sets their own rates based on:

  • Player Type: Member vs Visitor
  • Time of Day: Peak vs Off-peak
  • Day of Week: Weekday vs Weekend
  • Season: High vs Low season

Member Rates

Membership Types

Linking Membership

To receive member rates:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings > Memberships
  3. Add your membership number
  4. Club verifies your status
  5. Rates apply automatically

Visitor Rates

Standard Visitor

Default rates for non-members:

  • Typically highest rate
  • No advance booking priority
  • May require full prepayment

Reciprocity Rates

If your home club has agreements:

  • Reduced visitor rates
  • Extended booking window
  • Member-like privileges

Refunds

Full Refund Eligibility

Typically eligible when:

  • Cancelled 48+ hours before
  • Course closed (weather, maintenance)
  • Booking error by club

Partial Refund

May apply when:

  • Cancelled 24-48 hours before
  • Modified to fewer players

No Refund

Usually applies when:

  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before
  • No-show
  • Already played

Invoices & Receipts

Automatic Receipts

Sent automatically after:

  • Booking confirmation
  • Payment completion
  • Refund processing

Downloading Invoices

  1. Go to My Bookings > History
  2. Select the booking
  3. Click "Download Invoice"

Tax Documentation

For corporate bookings:

  • VAT invoices available
  • Company details on invoice
  • Monthly statements (on request)

Disputes

Payment Issues

If you have a payment problem:

  1. Check your email for confirmation
  2. Verify with your bank
  3. Contact the club
  4. Open a support ticket

Incorrect Charges

If charged incorrectly:

  1. Document the discrepancy
  2. Contact the club first
  3. Request correction or refund
  4. Escalate to support if needed
