Making Bookings

Step-by-step guide to booking a tee time.

Step 1: Search for Tee Times​

Select a Course​

  1. Choose from your favorite courses, or
  2. Search by name, location, or club code
  3. View course details and conditions

Choose a Date​

  • Select your preferred date from the calendar
  • Dates with high availability are highlighted
  • Check weather forecast for your chosen date

View Available Times​

The tee sheet shows:

  • Available time slots
  • Pricing for each slot
  • Remaining spots per slot
  • Weather conditions

Step 2: Select Your Tee Time​

Click on your preferred time to start booking.

What You'll See​

08:00 AM - Championship Course
├── Price: R450 per player
├── Available: 4 spots
├── Weather: Sunny, 22°C
└── Walking/Cart: Both available

Peak Time Indicators​

  • Green: Off-peak pricing
  • Yellow: Standard pricing
  • Red: Peak pricing

Step 3: Enter Booking Details​

Number of Players​

Select how many players (1-4):

  • You're automatically included
  • Add buddies or leave spots open
  • Some times require minimum 2 players

Player Details​

For each player, provide:

  • Name
  • Email (optional)
  • Phone (optional)
  • Membership number (if applicable)

Additional Options​

  • Golf Cart: Book a cart (extra charge may apply)
  • Caddy: Request a caddy (if available)
  • Equipment Rental: Clubs, shoes, etc.

Step 4: Apply Benefits​

If you have memberships or benefits:

Automatic Benefits​

These are applied automatically:

  • Club membership rates
  • Association benefits (linked accounts)
  • Loyalty discounts

Manual Benefits​

Enter codes or numbers for:

  • Promo codes
  • Partner discounts
  • Vouchers

Step 5: Review & Pay​

Confirm Booking​

  1. Review all details
  2. Accept terms and conditions
  3. Click "Confirm Booking"
  4. Wait for confirmation

Step 6: Booking Confirmation​

Confirmation Screen​

You'll see:

  • Booking reference number
  • QR code for check-in
  • All booking details

Notifications​

You'll receive:

  • Email confirmation
  • SMS confirmation (if enabled)
  • Push notification (if app installed)

Calendar Integration​

Add to your calendar:

  • Google Calendar
  • Apple Calendar
  • Outlook

Tips for Successful Bookings​

Book Early​

Popular times fill up fast, especially:

  • Weekend mornings
  • Public holidays
  • Good weather days

Be Flexible​

Consider:

  • Slightly earlier or later times
  • Weekday rounds (usually cheaper)
  • Twilight rates (afternoon specials)

Use Waitlist​

If your preferred time is full:

  1. Join the waitlist
  2. Get notified if a spot opens
  3. Confirm quickly when notified

Troubleshooting​

"Time No Longer Available"​

The slot was booked while you were completing checkout:

  1. Select a different time
  2. Complete payment quickly next time

Payment Failed​

  1. Check card details
  2. Ensure sufficient funds
  3. Try a different payment method
  4. Contact your bank if issues persist

Not Seeing Member Rates​

  1. Ensure your membership is linked
  2. Check membership is current
  3. Contact the club if issues persist
