TL;DR (runtime behavior)

• Pricing and streams accept an eligibility context { tenantId, membershipNumber, providerCode, homeClubCode?, handicap? }.
• Reciprocity uses bilateral > network resolution. Default mode is best price (first applicable agreement); stack mode can apply multiple bilaterals plus network.
• Day/time/blackout/handicap rules gate discounts; errors degrade to standard visitor pricing.
• Applied discounts are recorded in BenefitApplication; membership validations are stored in BenefitMembership.
